We've so enjoyed the experience the Handmade Community has given us that we've expanded our product line. Handmade Soap will still be our main focus, however, we are now offering a larger variety of unique handmade items in our shop!
What is so great about handmade soap? Well, for starters, it is great for your skin. Glycerin, a natural byproduct of soap making, is a humectant. This means it draws moisture from the air and keeps your skin soft and healthy. In most commercial soaps the glycerin is stripped away for use in other products and is replaced with detergents or other chemicals that can cause itching, dryness or irritation. Handmade soap is not only essential in keeping skin healthy, it is also beneficial to those with skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and sensitive skin in general.
